Aryan Saha

Education: I am currently pursuing a B.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology from Tezpur University, which is a Central University. I have also completed my Senior Secondary and Secondary education from Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) and State Education Board of Assam (SEBA), respectively.
Work Experience: I have completed an internship at JDB STEEL LLP (PepsiCo India Operations) where we conducted quality checks, monitored process parameters for products like Uncle Chips and Kurkure, and supported the implementation of food safety protocols like HACCP and GMP. I also have experience as an entrepreneur through the CBDE program where you developed skills in design thinking, marketing, and business planning.
Skills: My skills include food safety, production engineering, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), HACCP, and C Programming. I also have knowledge of thermodynamics and chemistry.
Projects & Certifications: I have a project on IoT-based modified atmospheric packaging technology. My certifications include courses on FSSAI Guidelines and regulatory inspections. You also participated in an Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp.
Extra-Curricular Activities: I take extra-curricular activities demonstrate skills in leadership, event coordination, and community development through your volunteer work with the CBDE Program, IDE Bootcamp, and the National Service Scheme (NSS).
