I am a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of post qualification experience in industry. I take lot of interest in teaching, reading, preparation of notes/ question Banks etc for students.
students love my teaching methods because I can correlate theory part with my personal experience I had in my job while dealing with that .

e.g. TDS on salary - text book may give only a line saying TDS is calculated on average rate, but how data is collected from employees, how we can guide employees (especially technical staff) with available avenues for saving tax etc can be discussed with students and they find it easy to grasp.

Similarly - In case of Consolidation of Financial statements of Companies, text books are silent on the part of opening adjustments when we are doing for say second year or any subsequent year. This I can explain well to the students.
