I am a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher from Rishikesh so I began my journey into Yoga at a very young age. I started yoga learning from an ashram in Rishikesh, where I was introduced to the yogic way of living and the other dimensions of yoga. I experienced immense benefits in my own life through her practice of asanas and pranayama, which inspired me to do a 500-hours teacher’s training course. After that my only motive is to bring awareness about the practice to as many people as possible. My area of expertise includes asana alignment, meditation or pranayama, mantra chanting, Shatkarma, asana classes (Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha,Yin and Vinyasa flow) and yogic philosophy.
