it is good but students are not so focussed today so life relevant examples could help generate students interest. also the perceived value of education has gone down . parents of students are more concerned of external fanfare but do not judge in depth knowledge of teacher . also the greatest challenge is to maintain students focus for continuously 1 hr class . they get distracted very easily
