Manager with 8 years of experience with strong inclination towards academics. I keep on constantly updating my knowledge and believe in converting theory to practice. On job I apply the fundamentals learnt in MBA and Engineering to practice. I have been teaching since my college days where I began with explaining difficult concepts to my co-fellows and gradually developed interest in academics. Ever since, I have continued to upgrade myself. While working as a Manager Research I am responsible for training my team and I make it a point to explain tough logic with robust theoretical underpinning.

I am also a part time teacher and have taught many students. I use a practical approach towards teaching and combine theoretical research and finance classes with Excel so that by the time the student complete the course the are practically able to solve business problems and create models that are used in business.
