sin90 = 0 & sec180 = -1. Therefore, sin90 + sec180 = 1 + (-1) = 1 - 1 = 0.

What is the usual fee for GATE coaching for 6 months?

It depends on what mode of course you are taking. If you want to do classroom coaching then it may cost a min. of Rs. 50k. If you want to do online coaching then it may cost you a min. of Rs. 30k - 35k.
