I am Dr. Swati Kimothi works full-time as an assistant professor and Head of the department at Noida International University in Greater Noida. I am graduated from CSK Agriculture University with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Nutrition. I contributes a wealth of academic, research, and industrial expertise to doctoral supervision, drawing from her strong interdisciplinary background in food science, nutrition, regulatory affairs, and public health.
Before my current position, I was a lecturer at Jamia Hamdard in New Delhi. I also held positions as a Management Trainee (Regulatory – Medicinal Plants) at QCS Herbals Pvt. Ltd., and a Nutritionist at Health Total by Anjali Mukerjee in New Delhi, where I was responsible for weight loss counseling and diet planning. Additionally, I finished internships and professional training at reputable companies including Dabur India Limited, the FSSAI (Government of India), and the National Food Laboratory.
In the subject of nutrition and allied health sciences, I published about seven research papers in reputable Asian and worldwide journals.
