I Shreya Vats have completed my post-graduation from Panjab University Chandigarh, specializing in biochemistry as my major subject. Prior to that, I pursued my graduation from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, where I studied biochemistry, zoology, botany in my academics, achieving a first division with good academic scores.
I have qualified Joint CSIR-UGC Test for eligibility for Assistant Professor June 2021 in the subject of Life Sciences (Rank-49) and GATE Life Sciences 2023. During my post-graduation I have done my research project entitled "Effect of Bio-fortified colored wheat on intestine in rodent model of Type II Diabetes Mellitus: Oxidative stress in intestine tissue". Throughout my academic journey, I have acquired skills in animal handling, bacteriology, histology, various biochemistry experiments, blotting techniques, enzymatic assays, and chromatographic techniques.
I have provided private home tuitions to students in the science subject that allowed me to enhance my communication sand teaching skills. I have two publications in renowned academic journals, namely, "Molecules" and Frontiers in Nutrition".
Overall, my academic achievements, laboratory skills, and research publications have equipped me with a strong foundation in biochemistry and related disciplines. I am eager to utilize my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the field.
