I am a B.B.A. LL.B. graduate with over four years of professional experience in the legal field and a strong passion for teaching. Alongside my legal career, I have been providing private tuition to law students, helping them understand complex legal concepts, improve academic performance, and prepare for university examinations and competitive assessments. My professional experience includes working closely with Justice A.K. Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, where I was involved in legal research, drafting, case analysis, and assisting on a wide range of legal matters. This experience provided me with invaluable exposure to high-level legal reasoning, judicial processes, and the practical application of legal principles across different areas of law. A significant part of my professional work has been in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including arbitration and mediation-related matters. Through this experience, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms, arbitration laws, procedural aspects, and the practical challenges involved in resolving commercial and contractual disputes. My exposure to ADR enables me to explain both theoretical and practical dimensions of the subject to students. In addition, I possess substantial knowledge and experience in Corporate Laws. My work has involved research and analysis of company law issues, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contractual matters, and commercial legal frameworks. This practical exposure allows me to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world legal practice, making my teaching more engaging and relevant. As a tutor, I focus on building strong conceptual foundations rather than encouraging rote learning. I simplify complex legal doctrines, use practical examples, and adapt my teaching methods to suit the individual needs of students. I teach a range of law subjects, including Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Arbitration Law, and Legal Research Methodology. I also assist students in developing legal writing, analytical reasoning, and examination skills. My objective is to help students gain confidence in the subject, develop a deeper understanding of legal concepts, and achieve their academic and professional goals through structured, practical, and student-centric learning.
