I am a senior business and leadership professional with 20+ years of experience across organizations including Adobe, Toshiba Group, Snapdeal, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Digital Green Trust and the social impact sector. I hold an Executive Leadership qualification from XLRI, a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, and am pursuing doctoral research in Strategic Management.

Alongside my corporate leadership experience, I have been closely associated with the development and social impact sector, where my work has given me opportunities to engage closely with children, educators, communities, and young people. This experience has helped me understand that every learner is different and that effective teaching requires patience, empathy, encouragement, and an ability to make concepts relatable.

My professional experience includes leadership development, mentoring, coaching, Strategic Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Business Strategy, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. I have also worked extensively with people development and capability-building initiatives throughout my career.

As a published author of three books, executive coach, speaker, and recognized HR leader, I bring a practical and engaging approach to teaching. I use real-life examples, stories, case studies, discussions, and practical applications to make learning easier to understand and remember.

As an online tutor, my aim is to create a safe, encouraging, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing themselves, and developing confidence. I believe that great teaching is not just about completing a syllabus—it is about helping a learner become curious, confident, and capable of thinking independently.
