There are no standard fees, and it depends upon the subject and the tutor experience. A well-renowned teacher will charge a bit more due to his expertise. A new tutor will cost less as he has to establish his presence in the market.
For students, I would strongly recommend going for separate class from an individual tutor who carry good knowledge. Don't go for the coaching of all subjects, figure out which topics can be self-studied.
