Dear Sonal
Please study from good books. Try to solve all the problems in the given book. If have prepared one topic then you should ensure yourself that you can solve any type of problem related to that topic. First start study topic wise and then forward Chapter wise and then book. Study more the subjects in which u are strong. Don't study all the subjects. It is not neccessary to study all subject to qualify NET. Whatever you study you should have command on that subjects.
Coming to Reserch paper : Update your self in your interest area by reading research papers. For example I am from Physics backgrond ( Experimental solid State Physics). I am followin all the authors who are doing reaserch work in my field on google scholar, research gate and linkedin. When you follow 10 authors you will get automatic mail about the update of new research paper.
If you are begner in reserch field then you download one paper of your interset area then read it properly and then download another paper given in the references and so on.
If you are from Physics background then I can help you in qulifying NET as well as in Reserach.
