Identity1. Teaching offers me the chance to change other people's lives permanently for the better. It is an incredibly rewarding thing to do for me.
2. I enjoys communicating my understanding to other's.
3. Having confidence to look calm and professional even when tired and stressed.
4. Be able to deal with conflict. There may be students who need to be told to work harder, or a disagreement between students that we need to help.
