I am Debabrata Bhattacharjee, a passionate trainer with over 15 years of experience in diverse training including personality development and soft skills training.

In 2019, I founded "Ambition Academy", empowering adult learners and early-career professionals with enhanced English communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Training Faculty, I conducted HR interview preparation and personality development sessions, fostering confidence and professional growth. My earlier role as Manager – Training at private sector, honed my ability to design impactful soft skills programs. With a B.E., MBA, TEFL, and certifications in Soft-Skills Development and Train the Trainer, I’m excited to guide UrbanPro learners in mastering personality development and communication skills.
