The tutor started teaching my daughter in the last week of November and took the tuition fee in advance. However, her conduct has been highly unprofessional. She attended classes fewer than 10 times in the entire month and never informed us in advance when she was absent. We always had to contact her, and each time she gave a different reason for not coming. There was no consistency, commitment, or responsibility toward the student. Despite taking advance payment, the service provided was extremely poor. Overall, this experience was disappointing and unreliable.
