1. If in case you are a newbie, I strongly recommend offering free soft skills sessions to the colleges and institutions. This is the best solution to it, and the good thing is IT WORKS.
2. Get upgraded on Urbanpro, as it is also one of the best platforms to showcase your skills. Then connect with teachers and professors of various schools and institutions for networking and cross-sell your skills to them so that they would invite you to give a session in their respective institutions.
3. Calling is also one of the best options to market your skills to your target audience. You can call directly to schools and institutions in case they require any soft skills training sessions. They are also in need of various skills' tutors all the time as they also have to give extra value to their students apart from regular studies.
