I am a dedicated chess player with a rapid rating above 1700 and a strong interest in teaching and helping others improve their game. I have experience coaching beginner and intermediate players through one-on-one sessions, where I focus on building a clear understanding of basic concepts and practical thinking skills. My teaching approach is simple and structured. I start with fundamental ideas like controlling the center, developing pieces, and ensuring king safety. Instead of just teaching moves, I explain the reasons behind each decision so that students can think independently during games. I use real-game examples and simple positions to make learning easy and relatable. In my classes, I cover important areas such as opening principles, tactical patterns (like forks, pins, and skewers), basic middlegame planning, and essential endgames. I also give regular practice exercises and puzzles to improve calculation and pattern recognition. One important part of my teaching is game analysis. I guide students on how to review their own games, identify mistakes, and understand how to improve. This helps them avoid repeating the same errors and develop a stronger thinking process. My goal is not just to teach chess but to build confidence, patience, and decision-making ability in my students. I keep my teaching style friendly and interactive so that beginners feel comfortable asking questions and learning step by step.
