Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training a wide range of clients across different age groups, fitness levels, and goals. My approach is rooted in both science and practical experience, ensuring safe, effective, and sustainable results.

I am a certified trainer from K11, ACE, and FIT, which has strengthened my foundation in physiology, nutrition, and program design. Whether working one-on-one or leading group sessions, I focus on building long-term habits, improving performance, and enhancing overall well-being. My global exposure has taught me to be flexible, culturally sensitive, and results-oriented.
