IdentityI come from an academic background and have always been interested in teaching and working with young children. I have completed my NTT, along with an MSc and MBA. My main hands-on experience comes from working in an Army Primary School, where I spent around three years as a coordinator.
In that role, I was handling both administrative and teaching responsibilities. I coordinated with teachers, managed timetables, helped in planning activities, and made sure the primary section ran smoothly. Along with that, I also taught subjects like Computers, English, and EVS to primary classes.
The environment in an army school is quite dynamic because students and staff keep changing due to transfers, so it taught me how to adjust quickly, manage different situations, and work with children from varied backgrounds. I was also involved in assemblies, competitions, and parent-teacher interactions.
Overall, my experience has been more practical and hands-on, and it has helped me become organized, patient, and comfortable handling both teaching and coordination work.
