I have been working in magento since 5 years in a MNC in Lucknow but I figured out that the new kids which give interviews and want to go into development lack the basic knowledge or the concepts due to the competition in this field.

I was a Team Lead who trains a resource as well as works with him to become a best team player and my team mates are working extremely good till now.

I have trained total of 30 developers so far and 3 of them are also magento certified.

Other skills which I think I posses is patience and I work with my students to do well and weight till he/she realize their potiential.

I have worked in total of 300 projects in PHP and magento and was also working as analyst so I analyzed around 400 different business done online and provided solution to them.

I am not a trainer by heart as I am a developer but I want to share my knowledge to others so that we have better and knowledgeable team with us which is technically extremely sound.

I live in the city of Lucknow where there are very less good resources available as we have less opportunity here, so want to change this perception also.

I have won many awards in my company, out of which Best Team Lead for 3 consecutive years was the most important one.
