I am a graduate of the Indian Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) with a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) and hold an additional Diploma in Bakery and Pastry Arts. Alongside my formal education, I have successfully run my own home bakery for the past five years, creating custom cakes, desserts, and baked goods for a wide range of customers.
I have also gained valuable experience working in five-star hotels, where I trained alongside professional chefs and learned industry-standard techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management. This combination of professional training, real-world hospitality experience, and years of running my own baking business allows me to teach practical, reliable, and easy-to-follow methods that students can confidently recreate at home.
My goal is to help every student build confidence in the kitchen while making cooking and baking enjoyable, approachable, and rewarding.
