Dr. Aanchal B.

Dr. Aanchal Bhardwaj is a Commerce academician and researcher with a Ph.D., M.Com., B.Com. (Hons.) and SET in Commerce. She has over a decade of experience in higher education, teaching, research supervision, academic administration, and student mentoring.

She has served as an Assistant Professor at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), GGSIPU, New Delhi, and as an Assistant Professor and Research Supervisor at IIS (Deemed to be University), Jaipur. She has also taught at reputed institutions including S. S. Jain Subodh P.G. College and Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur.

Her academic and research interests include Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Startups, Banking and Finance, E-Banking, Corporate Governance, Social Entrepreneurship, Blockchain Technology, Gems & Jewellery, and emerging trends in business. She has published research papers in various academic journals and has presented papers at national and international academic conferences and seminars.

Dr. Bhardwaj has experience in research supervision, dissertation guidance, paper setting and evaluation, syllabus development, student counselling, mentoring, viva-voce, and Board of Studies activities. She has also participated in several faculty development programmes, workshops, seminars, and training programmes related to research methodology, NAAC/NBA accreditation, HR analytics, GST, entrepreneurship, and corporate legislation.

She is a Member of the Indian Commerce Association (ICA) and has actively contributed to academic, cultural, NSS, and institutional activities. Her professional profile reflects a combination of teaching, research, academic leadership, student development, and institutional engagement.
