Sugandha Chaudhary

I am a UGC-NET qualified doctoral candidate in law, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Law. I have served as an Assistant Professor at Galgotias University, and I am currently working as an online law educator and mentor, guiding CBSE, Cambridge, and undergraduate students, as well as training aspirants for law entrance examinations like CLAT and AILET and other examinations. My professional experience spans teaching, academic administration, curriculum development, and mentoring, alongside active participation in legal aid, research, and organizing academic events. I have also worked with the Ghaziabad District Court, gaining practical exposure to litigation and legal drafting.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at Gujarat National Law University with prior degrees in LL.M. from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. RMLNLU, Lucknow.
