I try to cater to multiple intelligences. I don't believe in delivering lessons in same pattern everyday. I believe in a healthy discussion, doing the dry run of programme, some times doing offline coding activities. I don't let them get bored. My lessons includes animations, music, video, fun in coding. I try to Mix it up .Gone are the days when coding starts with printing '*' in particular fashion, or printing even\odd numbers. Now Coding starts with games, animation , story telling, creativity. I provide an arsenal of materials along with my lessons so that even after lessons are over kids will have complete guidance for referring back. Remember it's not all about the code syntax! Say ,I let them play angry bird game and teach them about the physics involved in projectile fly of bird. So they should realise about how to code. Teaching will always be in context , you may find us doing activities some times offline or some time on paper, but trust me it's a part of pedagogy which at last going to develop a logic in kid's mind. Coding is about teaching how computer thinks. For non code 'jump and move' is simple verb , but for a coder it's bunch of code where x and y coordinates are changing for object on click of space_bar + left_arrow key.
