Not kicks, not tricks — Kung Fu as awareness training.

I am a 35th-generation Shaolin disciple, trained in China, where I immersed myself in the discipline, philosophy, and lifestyle of Shaolin Kung Fu. My approach goes beyond martial technique — it is about releasing stress, cultivating mindfulness, improving structure, enhancing productivity, and developing fitness as part of a stronger, more holistic life.

Before Kung Fu, I was a competitive badminton player. The discipline of sport shaped my journey, but it was Shaolin that transformed it — teaching me that true strength is balance, and true productivity begins with awareness. I have trained in four distinct styles of Kung Fu, integrating their philosophies into practical, actionable methods for modern life.

Over the past year, I’ve guided more than 50 international students — both in personal sessions and small group trainings — helping them not only move their bodies but also reframe how they approach stress, focus, and daily living. I provide online and home sessions, designed for individuals who want more than just fitness: those who seek a practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit.

Now, my mission is to bring this experience to India — to share Shaolin as a living, breathing art of awareness and holistic growth, not just a set of movements.
