Should I mention learning French as my hobby in DAF provided I have taken classes for the same for almost two odd months?

Yes you could .But hope that you are able to understand and respond to Greetings,Basic questions about name,profession etc... just in case you are asked when called for an interview

Could some one suggest me the books ( syllabus) for C1 level in French.

je pratique is a good book, alter ego c1 , i think you should read newspaper and native stuff to be through with the exam plus various sites are having exercises. francais facile is also a good option

Are there any specific coaching centres or coaches focusing on TEF. I have to learn French and clear TEF for Canada immigration purpose. Any suggestions for Delhi region?
