Is there a short cut methods to remember French numbers till 1000?

Though there is no 'short cut', things can be made manageable by proper classification by finding out certain patterns (which are always there, if you analyse !), and learn them keeping in mind these 'patterns'

je pratique is a good book, alter ego c1 , i think you should read newspaper and native stuff to be through with the exam plus various sites are having exercises. francais facile is also a good option
