Is it possible to learn multiple languages at the same time, for example, multiple romantic languages like French and Portuguese?

yes absolutely, but it depends on your grasping power also. I myslef learned french and spanish at the same time and now i am learning russian and chinese at the same time.

Yes,it is possible. It's believed that it gets confusing and one starts mixing between two languages but it is never a problem. For ex.,learning French doesn't mean we loose hold of our mother tongue or even English.
