For immigrating to Quebec, can you take points in levels A1 to B1 in the French language or not?

For migrating to Quebec, if my understanding is correct the level that you need to be definitely at is B2.

Hi I don't think you can take your points from A1 to B1. You need to individually clear all the levels. A1, A2, B1 etc.. You are sometimes allowed to keep your production orable scores in case you miss clearing your other sections that depends on AF decisions.
