Do schools teach Sanskrit/French from the basics, when chosen as the second language in class 9 (CBSE)?

Yes, mostly we can see Sanskrit in intermediate but now it was available in secoundary also now every school focusing on starting the French language so they start from the basics. They can easily make the students to understand and get knowledge on it thoroughly
