It is is very useful for me as i have learned how to be discipline, how to defend myself from others and I may learn moreinteresting things.I have been learning karate from my master Sensei Ranjit who is a very friendly and dedicated teacher.I have attended few tournament and won many medals, mostly golds. I am at this level only due to my masters. "
