I am a resident of Greater Noida, India. Her childhood days happened to be in City beautiful i.e. Chandigarh where she showed keen interest in free hand drawings & making landscapes. Kaur’s love for Art blossomed during her schooling days at Sacred Heart Convent School, Ludhiana in Punjab & eventually did MA in Fine Arts where she got an opportunity to learn portraits, life drawings, compositions, paintings etc. She started her carrier working as lecturer in Picasso Animation College, New Delhi which was in technical partnership with Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. During her stay of more than for 2 years at Picasso she used to teach subjects like Color Theory, Art History to the students of B.Sc. in 3D Animation. One of her most challenging work was a painting in the abstract style namely “He tuned my feet” depicting folk dancers from Rajasthan passionately dancing & becoming one with almighty God. The said painting was acclaimed in countries like Colombia (South America), Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates & Bhutan. Blessed with two daughters which brought her into the teaching profession in few schools & served in few very good institutions like Somerville School, J P International, Greater Valley in Greater Noida for a period of 13 years. Presently she is working as a volunteer in the close vicinity of other artists teaching the upcoming talent, children in particular & doing exhibitions whereby pursuing her desire to paint for the shear love for Art & contribute to society by showing a new prospective of work through paintings.
