In my view 'As a language we speak as a personality we are' We Indians are already using 30% of English words in our mother tongue whether it is Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati etc. If this 30% vocabularies are taken from us we can hardly speak our own language completely. If we are already using 30% of English language in our daily life then there is no harm to use it 100% completely. We have changed and developed our dressing, our architecture, our life style then why not language? 
I appreciate the views of Vikram. Using 100% English for English Medium students is good, but we have to be flexible for others. Mothertongue cannot be ignored.
