I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from Genesis Institute of Nursing, Ferozpur, affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Desh Bhagat University. He possesses comprehensive professional experience in teaching, administrative, and clinical settings, demonstrating a strong commitment to nursing education and patient-centered care. His clinical practice focuses on improving patient outcomes through the application of evidence-based nursing interventions. He has actively mentored and guided nursing students in clinical and patient care environments, contributing significantly to their professional skill development and clinical competence. Additionally, he has attended and served as a resource person in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Psychiatric Emergency workshops, reflecting his active engagement in continuous professional development and clinical training.
