I come from a Computer Science and IT background with over 23 years of combined experience across IT operations, infrastructure management, academia, and technology leadership.

Professionally, I have worked extensively in the steel manufacturing industry as an Operations IT Manager, where I was responsible for IT infrastructure strategy, ERP implementation and support, budgeting, vendor management, cybersecurity compliance, SLA governance, and process optimization. A major part of my work involved aligning IT systems with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Alongside industry experience, I also have a strong academic background and am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the CSE Department at CGC University. Previously, I have taught at Chandigarh University, St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management, Government Polytechnic, and other reputed institutions, where I have delivered subjects related to Python, C, Data Structures, Cloud Computing, AI, and Computer Fundamentals.

My educational background includes B.E. in Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc. (IT), and MBA/PGDFM in Finance, which gives me a strong blend of technical depth and business understanding.

Additionally, I have contributed to research publications, Scopus-indexed papers, IEEE conferences, and authored multiple books in Android, Cloud Computing, Data Mining, and Data Structures, which reflects my passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
