IdentityI am a counselling psychologist-in-training with extensive hands-on experience across individual counselling, workshops, and diverse therapeutic settings. I have completed 200+ hours of one-on-one counselling using integrative approaches including CBT, REBT, Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, EFT, inner child healing, and spiritually informed frameworks. My work centers on emotional awareness, resilience building, and holistic healing for a wide range of client concerns.
Alongside my clinical work, I have facilitated workshops across schools, colleges, start-ups, and organizations, covering themes such as mindfulness at work, stress management, self-love, career readiness, and e-counselling. These experiences have strengthened my ability to design impactful, experiential learning spaces for adolescents and adults.
Beyond mental health settings, I have worked in a corporate environment where I trained entrepreneurs in soft skills, helping them build communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and team effectiveness—skills that strongly complement my therapeutic practice.
My background also includes leadership roles in academic and cultural spaces, international team management through AIESEC, and conducting mental health awareness workshops, all of which contribute to my strengths as a communicator, facilitator, and compassionate practitioner.
