I hold a B.Sc. and B.Ed. from Kurukshetra University, and began my career as a Science Teacher at Tagore Baal Niketan, Haryana, where I taught Physics, Chemistry, and Biology to middle and senior school students. During this time, I planned structured lessons and practical sessions, prepared students for assessments, tracked individual progress, and worked closely with parents on student development.

Following this, I spent over two decades as General Manager at Indian Press Clearing, leading and mentoring teams of 75+ employees across multiple cities. While this was outside the classroom, it strengthened skills that are directly relevant to teaching — structured planning, people management, coaching and mentoring individuals, clear communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse group toward shared goals. I believe this combination of solid subject grounding and real-world leadership experience allows me to bring both strong content delivery and maturity in classroom management to my students.
