I am a passionate educator with 9 years of teaching experience, specializing in Law, Commerce, and Company Secretary (CS) courses. I teach LLB students as well as B.Com. and M.Com. learners, helping them develop a strong understanding of legal and commerce-related subjects. In addition, I train students preparing for the Company Secretary Executive and Professional examinations, covering subjects such as Corporate Law, Business Law, Company Law, Securities Laws, FEMA, Corporate Governance, Secretarial Practice, and Commercial and Mercantile Laws. My objective is to make complex legal concepts easy to understand while preparing students for academic and professional success.

I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and the prestigious Company Secretary (CS) qualification. I am also UGC-NET qualified, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning. These qualifications have provided me with a strong foundation in law, commerce, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, enabling me to deliver comprehensive and industry-relevant learning experiences to my students.

Alongside my teaching career, I am a qualified Company Secretary and Advocate with over eight years of professional experience in Corporate Law, Company Law, Securities Laws, FEMA, Corporate Governance, Secretarial Practice, and Regulatory Compliance. My industry experience allows me to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications, giving students valuable insights into how legal principles are applied in real corporate and business environments.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have guided numerous students in preparing for university examinations as well as professional certification courses. I believe in building strong conceptual clarity instead of encouraging rote memorization. One of the highlights of my academic journey is securing University Rank 1 in LL.B. I also cleared all groups of the Company Secretary course on my first attempt, achievements that reflect my dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
