I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Animal Flow Instructor, and Jump Rope Coach. My career journey has taken me through some of the most respected fitness organizations, including Gold’s Gym, Fitness First, Cult Fit, and LiveAltLife. I am currently part of the Healthify team, helping clients transform their health and fitness both in person and online. Since the COVID era, I have built strong expertise in delivering impactful and personalized online training programs that keep clients engaged, motivated, and progressing, no matter where they are in the world. I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain, athletic strength, rehabilitation training, and mobility/flexibility development. My approach is science-based yet easy to understand, ensuring clients not only see results but also learn how to train smart and move better. Known for being a good listener and empathetic coach, I tailor each program to meet the individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.
