Dipika - Nurturing Little Learners into Confident English Speakers Through Phonics & Communication.

I am Dipika, an experienced education professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership across CBSE and Montessori schools. I primarily teach Nursery and students from Classes 1 to 3, covering all subjects. My focus is on helping young learners develop strong academic foundations through child-centred, engaging, and age-appropriate teaching methods.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts (M.A.). I am also a CBSE-certified Resource Person and Primary Teacher, with experience in teacher training, curriculum implementation, academic coordination, and child-centred pedagogy. My experience as both a classroom educator and teacher trainer has helped me develop a broader understanding of effective teaching practices and the different needs of young learners.

My primary teaching focus is Nursery and Classes 1 to 3 across all subjects. At this stage, I believe that children learn best when concepts are introduced through activities, examples, interaction, and practical experiences rather than relying only on textbooks. I focus on building foundational skills while making students comfortable and interested in the learning process.

Over the years, I have worked extensively in classroom teaching as well as academic leadership. I have trained and mentored teachers on effective teaching practices, conducted teacher training sessions as a CBSE Resource Person, and supported curriculum planning and implementation. I have also worked closely with teachers, parents, and school management to create better learning experiences and support the overall development of children.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and child-centred. I begin each class with a clear lesson plan and learning objectives and then use age-appropriate activities, examples, discussions, and practical learning experiences to introduce concepts. I encourage children to participate actively, ask questions, and express their understanding rather than simply memorizing information.

I also regularly assess students’ understanding and adapt my teaching approach according to their individual learning pace and requirements. Along with academic development, I focus on building confidence, communication skills, classroom discipline, and independent learning habits. I believe that these skills are important for young children as they develop their academic foundation.

I offer both online and offline classes and aim to create a supportive environment where children feel encouraged to learn and participate. My experience in teaching, teacher mentoring, curriculum implementation, and child-centred education allows me to provide structured academic guidance while keeping classes engaging and enjoyable for young learners. I also value regular communication with parents so that we can work together to support the child’s progress and overall development.
