I am a practicing advocate with over five years of experience in civil, criminal, arbitration, banking, and child protection law. Currently associated with Kumar Chandiwal & Associates and the Satyarthi Movement & Just Rights for Children, I provide legal consultancy on POCSO Act matters, represent child victims before courts across India, and conduct training sessions for police officials, support persons, and young legal professionals. My career includes work with India Child Protection, Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation, and the office of Senior Advocate Mrs. Maninder Acharya (Former ASG of India), where I handled high-profile litigation, arbitration, and PSU-related disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts. Alongside my legal career, I have a strong passion for teaching—having tutored school students during my college years and continuing to mentor junior associates and interns in law practice today.
