Career Path
1. More than 11 years of diverse industry experience with the Corporates, Start-ups, Limited Liability Partnership, Societies, Technical collaborations & Joint Ventures (with Russia, Japan, Sweden & Czech Republic).
2. Well geared to take up professional assignments in the areas of Company Law Matters, Management Consultancy, Due Diligence, FEMA compliances with RBI and other applicable laws. Provided unstinting support to start-ups for their registration/recognition with Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under “Make in India” initiative.
3. Actively involved in drafting and vetting of various Agreements, Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Sale-Purchase Agreements, Service- Service Level Agreement, Contracts, Power Of Attorneys, Manuals, etc. My experience includes Liasoning with Advocates and Solicitors, attending Arbitration & Court proceedings & to appear before the regulatory authorities & liasioning with the Bank officials for Loan & CC Limits of the Company.
