its not advisable to suggest , but ethical hacking can be learn but its again a very specific ,as unethical may be an offence too.

I dont want to Name any, as I am not here to do publicity for any Institute :) Last but not least To learn Hacking you should have three qualities 1.curiosity 2.Thinking out of box 3.Patience.
