I am an Independent Soft Skills & Employability Skills Trainer passionate about helping college students build the confidence, communication skills, and workplace competencies required for a successful transition from campus to career.

I have experience conducting Employability Skills Training for college students under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme, with a focus on practical, activity-based and learner-centered training.

My key training areas include Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Employability Skills, Interview Skills, Group Discussion, Teamwork, Personality Development, Workplace Readiness, and Career Guidance.

With a background in English, Montessori Education, Teacher Training, and School Counselling Psychology, I bring an educator’s understanding of learners into my training sessions. I am also currently pursuing my M.A. in Tamil.

I believe effective training should go beyond theory. My sessions incorporate real-life scenarios, interactive activities, discussions, role-plays, and practical exercises that encourage learners to participate, practice and apply what they learn.

I am interested in collaborating with colleges, training institutions, educational organisations, and skill-development programs as an Independent Soft Skills and Employability Skills Trainer.
