I am a teacher and have been giving online and home tuition since 2020. I mainly teach science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics) to 6-8 students and Biology to 9-10. I have a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Zoology. As a teacher, I have always wanted to make the basic concepts clear. Yes, scoring good marks in exams is good, but if those marks come just from rote learning, then it's not understanding and gaining knowledge. So, I always try to make those pillars stronger.
I am also a guitar teacher and have been teaching since 2020. In this case, also, I don't only teach a few musical pieces or a few chords, I teach how the scales and chords are related, and how one can easily understand whether a chord would perfectly fit in a section of a piece. And most importantly, I also teach how the concepts of Western Music and Indian Music go hand in hand so that one can easily relate these two.
Also, I am a disciple of Hindustani Classical Music since 2003. I belong to the Kirana Gharana tradition of Hindustani Classical Music and now I want to start teaching that too. I would start with the 'Swaras', then 'Paltas' and then various 'Ragas', their Alaaps, Vandishes, Sargams etc. I would teach with as much care as I have learned myself.
So, I am looking forward to teaching each of the subjects I mentioned above with immense care. :)
