There is no exam which ask purely from 12 standard . Weightage can be noequal like 40% from 11 n 60 % from 12 . But on national level exams like JEE more is asked from 11 so you cant skip 11 which is fundamental to Engineering as well . State level exams more focus on 12 ( 60 % weightage )
