primary necessity of training is to know what others look at you in different aspects.
there are plenty of skills involved(body language, leadership, management, positive attitude, problem solving capability and motivational skills).
a person who can train themselves in these areas can be successful in any career. these skills comes out of experience and social exposure.
this can be acheived easily by removing one factor from our daily life that is fear of speaking.
