Yes absolutely! It is possible to learn to draw. Do you know how to write alphabets? If yes, the drawing is the same as writing. Before man started to write, they drew to communicate. Go back to cave art and have a look.

Everyone can draw.. Its just a matter of perception. All you need is proper guidance and a thorough course ware which covers the entire sketching process, techniques and pipeline. Almost everyone starts from scratch, and through practice becomes better and better, You can too.
