What is the difference between normal pencils and drawing pencils?
Regular pencils, such as HB or 2B, are versatile for general writing and drawing. Sketch pencils, on the other hand, are designed for artists with softer leads (e.g., 4B to 6B) for darker, more expressive lines and shading.
