Why do good programmers say ASP.NET framework is dumb?

bcoz they are dumb. Asp.net is only framework that work in various platforms you can develop android apllication you can work on ios you can work on Xamarine to learn this single framework

To be very frank, don't inquire about the training institute... anywhere look for the trainer having good real time technical knowledge.. bookish knowledge will not help to get a job, if you get it by any means its difficult to survive...
